Managing performance is becoming an increasingly difficult area as it often triggers a range of employee protections under current legislation. The purpose of this 30 minute webinar is to provide managers with practical tips and the knowledge needed to manage unsatisfactory performance.   Additionally, viewers will gain an understanding of the common legal risks and pitfalls, and lessons that can be learnt from real case studies.
