Overview

This half-day workshop will provide information and competencies designed to ensure members of a team work together effectively with a client and organisation focus. The competencies include those associated with implementing performance management, leadership, building commitment within the team and analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of the team. There will be appropriate case studies and examples.

Presenter

Ray Bennett has over two decades of experience researching, consulting and training managers and team leaders across Australia. He has advised organisations on strategies for managing teams and offsite teams in remote and regional Australia.
