This workshop will provide knowledge and skills to effectively manage staff within the policies, requirements and goals of the organisation in a way that ensures accountability, alignment and as much motivation as possible. The workshop includes examples and case studies that participants can adapt in their own workplace. The workshop focuses on managing and supervising individual team members including those who demonstrate difficult behaviours.
Who is the workshop for?
Supervisors, team leaders, frontline managers and those who have responsibility for the work of others.
Topics covered include:
- The framework for managing people
- Managing yourself to manage others
- Day-to-day staff management − situation analysis
- when it does not work managing difficult behaviours
- Managing different personalities
The presenter has had many years’ experience training and working with For Profit and Not For Profit organisations to assist in staff management and development.
Participants will be provided with relevant resources and follow-up information.
All participants will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance.
