Employers have to contend with more legislation than any other group in society. With over 50 different Acts of Parliament, plus their regulations, employers face more compliance requirements than hospitals, schools and prisons. Every employer is expected to know, understand and comply with this legislation - ignorance is no defence.

For many businesses, particularly small businessess, employment laws and workplace regulation generate their largest operating expense through labour costs and are their greatest compliance concern. Irrespective of size or level of sophistication, every employer needs expert help at some time in dealing with the increasingly complex and ever-changing web of workplace regulation.

This is abundantly clear to us here at AFEI through our daily work with employers of all sizes and across most industries.
