Trainers/facilitators and assessors, workplace supervisors, frontline managers, co-ordinators, team leaders and experienced workers who are required to facilitate individual learning through a on-on-one relationshp between the learner and facilitator.

TAEDEL402A

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to plan, organise and facilitate learning for individuals in a workplace.

Award

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course. A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace-based project as part of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course participants should be able to demonstrate how to:

  • Identify individual learning facilitation requirements
  • Establish, maintain and develop the learning/facilitation relation
  • Establish and effective work environment for learning
  • Develop a work-based learning pathway
  • Monitor learning and address barriers to effective participation
  • Review the effectiveness of the woek-based learning pathway
