EFFECTIVE SUPERVISION AND TEAM LEADERSHIP III- THE HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM
It is very important for even the most experienced supervisors and team leaders to keep their skills up to date and continue to imporve. This workshop is designed for supervisors or team leaders who have experience leading or being a major part of a team. Participants will gain practical skills in improving the performance of individuals and the team as a whole. Extensive use will be made of case studies and examples, with participants relating these to their own work environment.

- Establishing the goals of the team and individuals
- Identifying the strengths and weaknesses
- Improving the performance of individual team members
- Determining the productivity of the team
- Dealing with a difficult team member

- Case studies and examples in supervision and team leading
Participants will be provided with a computer disk with checklists and other materials which they can adapt for use in their workplace.
Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.
