This one day course will provide knowledge and skills for understanding and improving the work behaviour and work of team members who create work behaviour problems. The course includes examples and case studies that participants can adapt back in their own workplace.

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course participants should be able to:
- Define what are unacceptable work outcomes and behaviours
- Identify the possible causes and effects of poor workplace behaviour
- Assess how they are affecting the difficult behaviour
- Plan to reduce the effects of the difficult workplace behaviour
- Implement short and longer term strategies for managing difficult behaviour and poor work outcomes
- Record and monitor incidents and actions to report to senior management if the difficult behaviour continues
