SUPERVISING AND LEADING WITH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
This one day course will provide knowledge and skills for understanding and improving the ability of team leaders and others to communicate effectively with their team, their managers and their stakeholders.This course will focus on using communication to motivate and coach. It includes examples and case studies that participants can adapt back in their own workplace.
