Manage Human Resources Services BSBHRM502A 

The managing human resources services course is a unit of competency (BSBHRM501A) in the nationally recognised Diploma of Human Resources Management. The course is designed for all levels of staff including managers, supervisors or administrators involved in providing human resources service delivery and consultancy.This course will enable participants to determine strategies for the delivery of human resources services, manage the delivery of human resources services and evaluate the human resources service outcome.The emphasis of the course is on human resources practitioners in their role and responsibilities supplying services to both internal and external stakeholders. This includes working with management on operational human resources issues and developing plans for future needs. Implications of short term decisions versus long term impact are considered both strategically and operationally. The need for a systematic approach of human resources management and effective staff utilisation by managers, is also explored.

Award

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.

A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of the Diploma of Human Resource Management.
