This course is designed to take participants through a step-by-step structured approach to recruitment and selection. The interview is only part of the selection process. Other methods and techniques are presented in practical exercises, and participants have the opportunity to practice techniques.

Award

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course. A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of Certificate IV in Human Resources or Diploma of Management.

  • Develop a recruitment strategy to legally generate a pool of appropriate candidates
