The NSW OHS Act requires all employers to ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees at work and that of any other person at the workplace. The complexity of OHS law and the business environment demands that the person responsible for administering the OHS function in an organisation is able to practise OHS skills.

A Certificate of attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.
A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
