So how do you become an effective influencer and maintain and build beneficial relationships? This course is designed for people who want to build better work relationships and increase productivity through effective communication and relationship management. In this course you will focus on the key elements of influencing others using personal power, persuasion and negotiation.

Anyone whose role requires them to influence others such as peers, stakeholders, senior management and team members.  Attendees may include managers, team leaders, supervisors, team members and project or change managers
