The manage human resources information systems (HRIS) course is designed to focus on a range of human resources management matters through open discussion, lecture and practical workshops. The course is aimed at any participant involved in identifying human resources information requirements and systems as well as implementation and evaluating the performance of the system.Organisations are reliant on accurate, timely and detailed information in their daily human resources management workplace activities. Information includes, but is not limited to, payroll data, labour turnover, full time equivalents, absenteeism, workforce planning and occupational health and safety performance.The training and classroom interaction will enable participants to identify requirements and select, implement, monitor and evaluate HRIS in line with their own business and human resources planning..
