The task of the manager at this level is to develop and implement an operational plan to ensure that the objectives and strategies outlined in the business plan are met by work teams.

Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.
A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of the Certificate IV in Frontline Management or the Diploma of Management.
