The Managing staff performance course is a unit of competency (BSBHRM502) in the nationally recognised Diploma of Human Resources Management and the nationally recognised Diploma of Management. This course is designed for human resources staff, managers, team leaders and other who are involved in the management of the performance of their staff.Performance management systems are a way of life in the most progressive organisations. Monitoring and assessing staff performance is a continuous process for management and human resources staff. The elements of any performance management system need to be tailored to suit the organisational profile and culture.
Human resources practitioners must lead the way in ensuring the system is in place, that management have the skills to administer the process and that the process is effective in managing both good and poor performance.This course will promote knowledge and skills for team leaders to manage the performance of staff who report directly to them. The emphasis is on the development of key result areas and standards, coaching and feedback that will provide the basis of performance management.

Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.
