Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course. A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of the Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or the Diploma of Management
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the course participants should be able to:
- Develop a project plan
- Evaluate a project plan’s efficiency to address timelines and budgets
- Apply relevant legislation
