Trainers and assessors, workplace supervisors, frontline managers, co-ordinators, team leaders and experienced workers who are required to organise and provide instruction and demonstration of work skills using existeng learning resources.
Content
TAEDES401A
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to conceptualise, design, develop and review learning programs to meet an identified need for a group of learners. The unit addresses the skills and knowledge needed to identify the parameters of a learning program, determine the design, outline the content and review its effectiveness.
TAEDES402A
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to use training packages and accredited courses as tools to support industry, organisation and individual competency development needs.
Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course. A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace-based projects as part of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

On completion of this course participants should be able to demonstrate how to:
- Define parameters of the learning program
- Generate options for designing the learning program
- Develop the learning program content
- Design the structure of the learning program
- Review the learning program
