CONDUCTING PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS
A critical skill for all managers is that of reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback to their team members. A formalised way of providing such feedback is through the appraisal or job-performance evaluation. It is an examination of how well employees have met their previously established job-performance requirements.
The aim of this course is to improve the competency of the participants to undertake successful Performance Appraisals.
